Community Pools


Residents have access to pools in the community if their account is not in a delinquent status. 

The pool key you have been previously issued will be needed to gain access to the pool. If you do not have a pool key, please contact our Property Manager at JStoebe@homesideproperties.com or submitting a request through TownSq app or website. A replacement key will cost $25.00. 

For the 2025 Season Pool passes will be given to each house hold and will be required when visiting the pools in addition to the pool key. 

Disclaimer: 

Pool monitors will be at the pools to make sure only residents and their guest are using the pools. 

Pools are monitored by cameras and events are recorded on an ongoing basis. Pool cameras will sound an alarm at 9:15pm if any guest are still at the pools. 



Please remember that the pool is Swim at Your Own Risk.  Pool Risks are posted within the pool area, but here are some additional rules to go by when using the pools this summer:  

- Pool hours are from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm, Monday through Sunday. Anyone in the pool area outside of those hours are considered trespassing and Roswell Police will be contacted 

- NO grills or food are allowed at or in the pool area, unless previously authorized.

- Non-Alcoholic drinks are permitted on the pool deck only. 

- Absolutely NO glass bottle, containers or dishes at the pool or pool deck.

- NO animals are permitted in the pool or pool area. Service animals are permitted on the pool deck only.  

  • - NO skateboards, bikes, rollerblades, etc., are permitted in the pool area.  
  • - Any child who is not potty-trained must wear swim diapers or protective cover wear - no exceptions!
  • - Any children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult 18+.
  • - Anyone caught trespassing or causing damage to the facilities will be prosecuted to the fullest extent by the law!! 
  • - If a resident and/or their guests are found to cause damage to any pool equipment or furniture they will be charged replacements or repairs to their TownSq account.

 

Please call Roswell Police immediately at 911 if you witness someone trespassing or vandalizing the pool area!
